This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be at the forefront of fabricating and assembling key components of our innovative farming systems—playing a vital role in shaping the future of sustainable agriculture. If you have experience in MIG welding, can read technical drawings with confidence, and love seeing your work come to life, we want to hear from you.

You’ll spend time on the following: 

  • Weld and assemble steel and tubing for our autonomous barns and supporting structures 
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols to ensure accuracy in fabrication 
  • Measure, cut, prepare and clean materials according to project specifications. 
  • Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools, including cleaning, calibration, and minor repairs 
  • Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards 
  • Collaborate with team members and other trades to meet production timelines and resolve technical challenges 
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all workplace safety practices 

Here’s what we are looking for: 

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent 
  • You have prior experience as a welder or metal fabricator, ideally in a construction or manufacturing environment 
  • You have experience with MIG and working with various metals and thicknesses 
  • You can read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications 
  • You have a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 
  • You’re comfortable working with hand tools, grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication equipment
